Our name RYS stands for ‘Raise Your Standards’. We make people healthier and stronger by training smartly and optimizing lifestyle. Together we look at how we can raise your standards in training, nutrition and lifestyle management to bring out the best version of yourself.

First we map out your goals. Then we will assess your current and desired reality and set clear standards. Our coaches are highly educated and trained to carefully guide you through the process and know exactly how to achieve and then maintain your new health and fitness standards in a way that suits you.

PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO
We are a small exclusive personal training studio. RYS is a premium coaching service that creates physically and mentally stronger and healthier individuals through a scientific and practical approach to strength training, nutrition and mindset to optimize your well-being, performance and daily life.
NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENT
Your energy, focus, ability to perform and achieve your physical goals are highly dependent on the nutritional choices you make. You will receive a personal nutrition plan and/or supplement plan adapted to your needs, goals and daily life. Your nutritional and supplement plan will be updated throughout.
POSTURAL ANALYSIS & PHYSICAL SCREENING
We believe it is important to draw up a personal and appropriate training program. That is why we do a movement analysis and a number of physical tests, where we look at how your muscles and joints move. If there are any obstacles, our coaches know what they need to work on and how to correct this for optimal progression.
INTAKE
We always start with an extensive intake. During this conversation, one of our highly qualified coaches will map out your current lifestyle and goals. This intake forms the basis on which we draw up a plan tailored to you.
BASELINE MEASUREMENT
To get an up-to-date and detailed picture, we take a number of measurements. We determine your body weight and measure 13 different skin folds.
TRAINING
We draw up your training program based on the results of the intake, the baseline measurement, physical screening and your personal goals.

Strength training is the basis of our personal training program. However, to really be successful in the long term, an integrated, well-thought-out and individualized approach is necessary. Our role is not only to train you, but also to motivate and inspire you to be the best version of yourself in health and wellness. We pay attention to all aspects that improve the well-being of our customers, including personalized nutritional advice, optimizing energy levels, sleep quality, gastrointestinal health, hormone balance, detoxifying the body and managing stress.

NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENT

You will receive a personal nutrition plan and/or supplement plan adapted to your needs, goals and daily life. Your nutritional and supplement plan will be adjusted during the process if necessary. We offer practical and effective solutions to make your nutrition as simple as possible. You will learn how to make healthy choices every day and develop a sustainable lifestyle. Our focus is on long-term health, but also on short-term profit.

BASELINE MEASUREMENT

To get an up-to-date and detailed picture, we take a number of measurements. We determine your body weight and measure 13 different skin folds that give us essential information about your body. This way we can determine your body composition and hormonal profile in the most accurate way. This measurement is repeated monthly to track your progress, determine hormonal profile and determine training and nutritional needs.

TRAINING

We draw up your training program based on the results of the intake, the baseline measurement, physical screening and your personal goals. You will work with one of our coaches. He or she carefully guides you in your training using a personalized training plan, so that you know exactly what you are going to do. We keep track of all training results and your training program will be continuously adjusted by your coach to enable continuous progression. Our tailor-made plans will help you achieve your individual goals. It doesn’t matter how much training experience you have or what your goal is. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle mass, reduce fat percentage, improve strength and fitness, injury recovery or prevention. Our coaches will successfully guide you through the process.
